Body is so sore. I do not want to move.
That is what I call a nightcap. :)
There are brownies in the fridge. I’m going to stalk the fitspo tag just so I can control myself and eat papaya instead.
I ran 3.6 km this morning and had a banana, a slice of coconut bread with peanut butter and milk for breakfast.
Time to do chores.
- Lost weight
- Stuck to my diet
- Stayed away from sweets and chocs and junk
- Bought all my dorm stuff
Now I have to…
- Work out and tone
- Stay clean
- Continue early morning runs
Apparently my teeny 8 year old cousin can’t share a bed with me because I’m too huge.
Bitch go look in a mirror.
I swear every time she comes home she takes a jab at me.
1) I’ve been working out religiously lately.
2) I’m dieting and I’ve been really good at keeping at it.
3) As if my mother would ever let me gain weight.
I am so sick and tired of her unnecessary comments about my non-existent weight gain. They aren’t funny. Your husband sure ain’t laughing.
I’m not usually so self-conscious but I’ve decided this summer that I want to stay healthy and get fit. The best way to ensure that I’m doing so is to blog about it of course! Hopefully, by the end of the summer, I’ll get some results to show off to the Tumblr universe and whoever else is interested…
